With a deep reverence for his heritage, endeavors to imbue its values within his family and the wider community. Outside of his professional pursuits, maintains an active lifestyle, indulging in his passion for basketball and regular gym sessions to uphold a healthy way of life, emphasizing the importance of physical fitness and well-being.

Owned and operated Best Western in Lake Hamilton, Florida until 2010. A dedicated community organizer who played a vital role in helping Sri Lankan families take root and thrive in the United States. Committed to building strong cultural institutions; helped found the Ilankai Thamil Manram Florida and was influential in reviving FETNA(Federation of Tamil Sangam of North America), recruiting renowned musicians and speakers and enriching the diaspora’s cultural experience. A proponent of equality, firmly rejects caste-based divisions and draws inspiration from the visionary thinker Periyar. Reflects his values not only in activism but also in mentorship, passionately encouraging young people to pursue higher education and fulfill their highest potential.
